Dare I say the Fusion is starting to look stale for me. I'm not saying it's ugly or bland, I think it's a good design. I just don't think it's aging well, or going to. Probably doesn't help that I see them literally everywhere, then again I think the Taurus from 2010 still looks good.

The Fusion was so overhyped for looking good that it looks bland and uninteresting to me now.
Maybe it's just all the base models with boring wheels driving around that have ruined it

At first they were mildly interesting, not anymore.

Even though I see them everywhere, I still like it. Maybe a little more than the new refresh.

that took so long to actually hit the showroom it was stale before it even made it to the streets

I think that this is automotive design equivalent of trying too hard.

I actually still like the Cruze, something understated about it. It's getting stale though, and the refresh made it worse.

Completely with the Fusion. It was interesting when it came out, but now that they're all over, its just bland looking. Also doesn't help that they are trying to put the Fusion grille on several cars either.

THE FUSION IS THE BEST LOOKING SEDAN UNDER $50K ON THE MARKET AND ANYONE WHO DISAGREES WITH ME CAN STICK THEIR DICK IN A BLENDER

I HATE the standard SE wheel design, I turned down the 1.5 EB and the luxury package with the black wheels to get the "Sport" package with a 2.5l and Black and red stitched seats with these wheels.

Yes, this. Dumb transformers look, I mean even though its the transformers car it just looks like the car was made for that movie rather than the car being made for public consumption. It's like a terrible update to 80s Japanese Macross looking cars, but where with 80s cars it can look good and is novelty here it looks bad.
The one yuou posted being black looks far less edgier. They are like a terrible mix between 80s hard angles and 90s smoothness with completely impractical design elements that hinder your ability to drive.

It looked at lot better before, and the fact that the Cruze never really stood out for me helped the staleness.

WRONG.
(50,175 is still 50k in my mind)

I thought this car was pretty attractive a few years ago, but now I almost hate it.

And it's from 2007! Still looks handsome.

The front reminds me of 2004.

Does a little extra over the back freshen it up any? (Honestly, I still prefer the Mazda 6.)

all Hyundai's look like there is a singularity at the front of the car sucking it to a single point, they would be good looking cars if they ditched the gravity well on the front of their cars.

Flamesuit on. I think because they are rental cars, and in Atlanta a lot of people like to drive police look-a-likes. If your crown vic gets too old the Charger seems to be the car of choice.

It looks like a produceable sedan version of the Tru 140S

I think the Toyobaru was stale the day it hit the showroom floor. That doesn't mean it's ugly, it was just designed and showed so long ago that it's become dated.

Looks very old, but then again it was 2006. Really held it's own though, the 300 too.

A proper sport trim with less chrome would do this wonders. However, I have said from the beginning that I find the front and back too tall, and that the it would look better if the front was sloped a bit more and the back wasn't so tall

The Volkswagen New Beetle. Back in '98, its retro concept car looks seemed kind of fresh and a bit interesting, but by 1999, it was played out. Didn't stop VW from building them for ever and ever though.

Dare I say it? I'm gonna get a lot of hate for this:
Basically the front of a Fusion, which is the copy of an Aston Martin (Ford you're not fooling anyone - your Fiesta is not the newest Aston), the side profile of an Accord Coupe and a Camaro mixed.
I'm over it...I like the old one better.

I think you won because I forgot about my best gifs. Here they go:
Cheers my good sir!

How about the XE?

I like it a lot, but it kinda rips off the Model S a bit IMO

I think the rear looks too Audi.

To be honest, I think the rear ends of many new cars are starting to resemble the rear ends of late 80s Camry and Accord.
